Refund Policy

At Jain Express, we strive to provide reliable and efficient courier services. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a shipment is booked, processed, or dispatched, the service is considered rendered.

No Refunds

Please note that once a booking has been confirmed, and the package is in transit, there are no refunds available, even in the event of delays, damage, or non-delivery. We strongly recommend double-checking all shipment details before confirming your booking to avoid any inconvenience.

Exceptions

In cases of extreme situations such as fraud, system errors, or if a payment was made but no service was provided, we may review your case on an individual basis. Any potential adjustments will be at our sole discretion.
